Duct Cleaning Solutions LLC / Voyager Air Duct Cleaning provides residential and commercial HVAC air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and related services. We offer complimentary inspections to assess your specific needs and provide transparent pricing and service details.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Service appointments may be scheduled by using our online form or by calling our office directly at (706) 460-2772.

3. Messaging

1. After subscribing, Voyager Air Duct Cleaning will send you informational messages related to your appointment, as well as marketing messages.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@voyagerductcleaning.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Pricing is determined after our complimentary inspection and based on individual service needs.
• We accept the following payment methods upon completion of services:
  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Checks
  • Online Payment Systems (as provided by our invoice or billing platform)

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon.

5. Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

We offer a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee, promising that our services will be performed according to the highest industry standards. If an issue arises related directly to our workmanship, we will correct it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or subsequent alterations made by anyone other than Duct Cleaning Solutions LLC / Voyager Air Duct Cleaning personnel.

6. Service Area

We do work in Georgia, Alabama, and the Southeast region.

7. Limitation of Liability

Duct Cleaning Solutions LLC / Voyager Air Duct Cleaning shall not be liable for:

• Any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, age-related deterioration, or defects in HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from or in connection with our services.
• Any damages caused by failure to adhere to recommended maintenance procedures after service completion.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding materials, logos, text, and information provided on our website are the exclusive property of Duct Cleaning Solutions LLC / Voyager Air Duct Cleaning and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or services rendered will first seek resolution through good faith negotiations. If disputes remain unresolved, they shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution agreed upon by both parties. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Alabama.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services or website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
